Sweet Banner

Welcome back for my third and final project using Imaginisce's new Berrylicious line. For this one, I created a sweet strawberry banner using a ton of Imaginisce's new papers and tools.

Here's a few tips and tricks in case you'd like to create one of these little numbers for yourself. You'll need a Maya Road Strawberry Coaster Book; Imaginisce's Berrylicious paper and die cuts; Imaginisce Roly Rosies and Cupcake Flowers; Imaginisce's Petal Roller, D-Stresser, i-Bond, and i-Rock; Cricut Expression; Birthday Bash Cartridge; Cuttlebug; Swiss Dots embossing folder; butterfly punches.

Step One: Color the edges of each strawberry chipboard piece with a Sharpie or black paint. Cover the strawberry part with Berry Patch paper and the top part with Just Peachy paper. Use your D-Stress tool to sand down the edges, especially around the leaves and stem. Touch up black marker as necessary.

Step Two: Layer a roly rosy, fabric flower, and mesh flower and attach to the stem using your i-Bond glue gun.

Step Three: Use your Cricut Expression and Birthday Bash cartridge to cut your letters from pink cardstock. These were cut at 3". Then, run each letter through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. Use foam mounting squares to attach to strawberries.

Step Four: Use the Berrylicious Die Cuts and punched butterflies to embellish each letter. Use your i-Rock to add hot rocks to butterflies and flower centers.

Step Five: Punch holes on the top left and right sides of the strawberry and use ribbon to connect pieces. Hang and enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by to see my tutorial! Be sure to leave me a comment and go back to the Imaginisce blog and leave a comment for your chance to win the entire Berrylicious collection and the grand prize of an i-Bond and accessories. Good luck!
